SignalTrack Terms of Service

Welcome to SignalTrack by BioStrategy Consulting (“SignalTrack,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and subscription services (collectively, the “Services”). By using or subscribing to SignalTrack, you agree to these Terms.

SignalTrack provides data intelligence and analytics tools designed to help life sciences and pharmaceutical professionals make faster, more informed decisions. The Services are provided subject to these Terms and any applicable plan-specific details shown at checkout.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use SignalTrack.

SignalTrack may offer a free trial (typically 14 days).

• Trial Expiration: When your trial ends, you’ll have the option to continue under a paid subscription.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellations: You can cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us at sales@biostrategyconsulting.com.
   

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with others outside your organization.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute data or analytics provided by SignalTrack.
• Use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

All materials, data, software, and content on SignalTrack remain the property of BioStrategy Consulting LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for business purposes during your subscription.

SignalTrack aggregates data from public and third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, the data and insights are provided “as is” without warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioStrategy Consulting LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations already incurred.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
